Comprehensive Interior Inspection
Our Interior Inspection Includes:
- Lighting - Check lights, replace bulbs as required.
- Smoke detectors - Test and change battery yearly.
- Power outages - Reset electrical equipment after outages.
- Heating - Check temperature throughout house. Unit should be serviced prior to each heating season by a licensed technician.
- A/C - Change or clean filters regularly. Check condenser drain line. Unit should be serviced yearly.
- Washing machine - Check rubber supply lines from valves to machine. Valve should be closed in off-season.
- Hot water heater - Flush unit once a year to remove sediment & rust from tank. Check for leaks in piping.
- Flush toilet - Check for leak overflow and flush regularly. Rubber stopper can fail if not used for a time.
- Sink traps and waterlines - Check under sink cabinets and vanities for leakage.
- Windows & doors secured - Broken glass and vandalism.
- Rodent and insect infestation - Check for infestation thoughout house.
